Evolve Security is looking for an Enterprise Training Lead who will collaborate with the Business Development team and is responsible for leading the sale of security enterprise training services by providing expertise on customer-specific security solutions, business justifications, and scoping requirements for national accounts.

A successful lead should be able to present and explain various technologies to customers, guide them through requirements gathering, and formulate a solution focused on cybersecurity enterprise training.

Evolve Security is a fast-paced company, and this is a growth opportunity role to quickly take on new responsibilities and advance within the organization as it expands. This is a Salary + Commission position.

Duties & Responsibilities:  

  • Collaborate with Business Development team to plan sales strategies, develop proposals, deliver customer presentations, facilitate demos, and close the business.
  • Provide consultative expertise as the SME within our enterprise training security solutions.
  • Provide scoping documentation to support the proposals, statements of work, and requests for proposals.
  • Keep current on new and immerging technologies to leverage all our partnerships in a competitive marketplace.

Preferred Experience & Ambition:

  • 3+ years of enterprise cybersecurity training sales experience required
  • Possess demonstrable skills in customer-centric selling and a proven track record using it to help drive revenue
  • Strong technical expertise, information security experience highly preferred
  • Experience working in professional services environment
  • Experience in managing long and complex sales cycle and multi-level selling environments (C-Level, IT Managers, Engineering, Purchasing, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the innate ability to quickly build rapport
  • Highly skilled at technical writing and documentation
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple team members to win business
  • Demonstrated passion for technology, solution design, and self-study
  • CISSP (or other relevant certifications) preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 25% required
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
